Delivery plan

The delivery plan is the load list for the next run to one location. It works out how much of each product to bring so it lasts until the following run, with safety stock, but no more than fits in the machine.

1. Choose the Location (or set it in the scope).
2. The Next run date shows at the top.
3. Columns: Bring, Stock on the run, Capacity.
4. The Urgent filter shows products that are already out or run out before the run. All lines shows the whole list.
5. The Not enough room mark: even a full machine does not last until the following run. This product needs more frequent deliveries or more compartments.
6. Export CSV saves the list.

Delivery days

Click Delivery days to set:

• Run days: the weekdays you drive to the location;
• Days to prepare: a run sooner than this is not planned any more;
• Service level: the chance a product does not run out before the following run. Higher means more safety stock.

Without settings the plan assumes runs Monday to Friday, 1 day to prepare and a 95% service level.
